Jason Wilson – Founder & Visionary Behind SchoolRewards.Me

Jason Wilson brings over two decades of educational and leadership experience to SchoolRewards.Me. A proud veteran of the United States Army, Jason has dedicated his post-military career to serving schools and students.

For more than 20 years, he worked in public education as a high school teacher, area technology specialist, and systems/application developer — building tools that directly support teaching, learning, and school operations.

In addition to his technical expertise, Jason has been deeply involved in student mentorship, serving as a high school wrestling coach for the past 16 years. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to helping students succeed — both in and out of the classroom.

Jason’s unique blend of discipline, innovation, and real-world school experience is what inspired the creation of SchoolRewards.Me — a platform built to make positive behavior support simple, meaningful, and effective for today’s schools.

Chris Tunbridge – Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer at SchoolRewards.Me, Chris Tunbridge brings deep technical expertise and a strong track record of innovation in the EdTech space.

Chris began his career at SkyWire Technology, an internet service provider, where he served as a developer and systems administrator—helping build and maintain critical infrastructure. He later joined Kyte Learning as one of their lead developers, where he helped design and scale online learning and training solutions used by school districts nationwide.

Chris’s passion for education, combined with his technical skill set, ensures that SchoolRewards.Me continues to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions for schools. His leadership drives the development of both our SchoolRewards.Me PBIS rewards platform and HallManager.Me digital hall pass system—making positive school culture and student management easier than ever.

Alissa Cox – Marketing & Sales Director
Alissa Cox leads marketing and sales at SchoolRewards.Me with creativity, passion, and a strong ability to connect technology with education.

She has extensive experience helping schools adopt innovative tools like Qball that make learning more engaging, student participation stronger, and classroom management easier. With a proven track record of guiding educators through technology integration, Alissa knows how to highlight the benefits in ways that are both impactful and approachable.

Dave McBride – Chief Financial Officer

Dave McBride serves as CFO of SchoolRewards.Me, bringing decades of entrepreneurial experience and strategic financial leadership to the team.

Dave has founded and grown several successful businesses, including SkyWire Internet and Mango Voice, both of which have made a significant impact in the technology and communications sectors. His deep understanding of business operations, growth strategies, and financial planning makes him a cornerstone of the SchoolRewards.Me leadership team.
